When you call the office, we will chat briefly about what brings you to therapy, scheduling, and insurance or other payment arrangements. This conversation gives you a chance to see if One Therapy is a good fit for you. After that chat, you'll get an email from "TherapyPortal.com" with a secure link to your client portal. Just like that - you've taken one more step in your therapy journey. 

You're ready to go? You can schedule your first appointment yourself. Skip the call and simply pick the day and time that works best for you by clicking Schedule My Appointment.

Please note appointments are scheduled at least a few days in the future. This allows time for your appointment request to be processed and allows you time to complete intake paperwork. Once your appointment request is processed, you will receive an email with a secure link to set up your client portal and complete the paperwork. We ask you to complete your intake paperwork within 24 hours of scheduling.
