Our goal is for you to provide a compassionate care focused on your unique needs. We are a welcoming trauma-informed team, and we intentionally keep our practice small. This means initial appointments are typically scheduled in the next week or so. We respect the time and effort you make to be here, and you can expect your session to start and end on time. We understand life happens and other responsibilities come up. We work with you to ensure you get the support you need - even offering last minute changes from in-person appointments to telehealth. 

You have been through some things - things you choose not to talk about. You have been dealing with things in your own way, but it’s not working anymore. You need a place where you can talk. You want to know you won’t be judged. You want support and understanding. You are tired of these thoughts and memories coming up over and over. You are ready to move on from the nightmares, anger issues, anxiety, depression, and feeling stressed out. 

You want to have healthy relationships and be able to actually live life, instead of just making it. And you can!!!
