Most of my work has been with people who have experienced or been impacted by a trauma. My small caseload allows me to provide customized and focused attention to my clients' needs. Some of my clients have been in therapy before, and some are new to the experience. I know traumatic and stressful experiences are different for every person. I am very knowledgeable about military culture and how it affects service members and their families. First responders are given expedited scheduling options to support their resiliency and readiness. Clients receive the white glove experience of being heard, believed, and understood in every encounter.  At One Therapy, clients are part of their own treatment team and planning.

I work with teenagers and adults who want support to build their self-confidence, create healthy relationships, and improve their overall mental health. I make sure my clients get a safe place to work though things at their own pace. My experience in the public school system as a School Social Worker has shaped my ability to understand the stressors teens (and their parents) are dealing with these days. All of my clients are given a safe and secure place to discuss their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

I am passionate about working in women's health as I personally navigated a complex system with a lack of resources for moms when I had delivered my twins.  

I have specialized training to treat OCD to help my clients eliminate obsessive thought and behavior patterns so you can live your life with less anxiety. 

I also have training in trauma and utilize EMDR to help my clients process these experiences.  I work with clients to improve their performance anxiety related to work, school, and athletics. 

And as a Marine Corps Veteran, I understand the challenges of military service.

My highest priority is to make you feel safe and welcome at One Therapy. I make it easy for you to get services. No need to worry about pushing buttons to get a real person on the phone to help you. I am the smiling face in the front office and the friendly voice that answers the phone. I know the ins and outs of our easy to use client portal and how to complete your paperwork there. I will help you with client registration, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, or changing your appointment to telehealth. I also handle billing, so I can help you with answers about your co-pay, making payments, updating your insurance information, and billing statements. If you need a note for school or work, I will get that for you by the time you leave your appointment. I also help newly licensed providers get scheduled with our in-house clinical supervisor.
