Q: I can't find the link to complete my intake documents.
A: Look for an email from "TherapyPortal.com" and will contain the link to your client portal. Check your spam folder. If you can't find the email, give us a call at 252.288.4045 and we'll resend it.
Q: The link to set up my client portal is not working.
A: If it's been more than 7 days since you scheduled your appointment, we'll need to resend the email. Give us a call at 252. 288.4045.
Q: How do I schedule my first appointment?
A: Click on the Schedule My Appointment button to the left.
Q: I'm getting overwhelmed with some of the intake paperwork. It feels like a lot. Can we do that when I come in?
A: Some of quetions can be tough for some clients. We understand, and we can do those together when you come in for your first session.
We need you to complete the Client Information Form, Insurance Form, Consent For Services, Payment Authorization Form, and Notice of Privacy Practices. Completing these forms tells us you are confirming you will attend your first appointment. These forms give us a chance to get you set up in our system and verify your insurance. We don't want you to end up with an unexpected expense for your intake appointment. If you have any questions or difficulty completing the forms, just give us a call at 252.288.4045.

Q: I'm a former client, and I'd like to get back into services. For some reason, I can't get into my client portal.
A: If you have forgotten your password, you can use the Forgot My Password. Then you can request an appointment.
Q: The link to get to my client portal is not working.
A: If it's been a while since you were last seen, we may need to reset the link to your client portal. Give us a call at 252. 288.4045. You can still request an appointment, and we'll verify you as a returning client.
Q: How do I schedule a new appointment?
A: Click on the Schedule My Appointment Button to the left. You do not have to be logged in. We'll verify you as a returning client, then reset the link to access your client portal. You can also give us a call at 252. 288.4045 to schedule and get access to your portal.
